I like Worcester Volvo (Patrick Mazda) but their lack of experience with Volvo has shown again. Needed a routine service on my vehicle and Patrick offered valet service for a loaner car, sent the video of the work and condition of my vehicle, and when I went in to pick it up, the cost of the ser offered valet service for a loaner car, sent the video of the work and condition of my vehicle, and when I went in to pick it up, the cost of the service was comped even though I had slightly exceeded the mileage to receive the complimentary service. I’ve been getting my Mazda CX-5 serviced here since I got it a little over a year ago. This experience (tires) was positive, and all work has always been great. They go the extra mile. My only suggestion it a little over a year ago. This experience (tires) was positive, and all work has always been great. They go the extra mile. My only suggestion is - it is frustrating that when you come for service, there are three of four counter spots and you can only be served by a specific one. I waited to drop off my keys for a little while because the only guy assigned to Mazda service was on the phone, despite everyone else being free. More
