We strive to provide clear and complete information during the purchase process, and I understand how frustrating this experience must have been. While the charging station and standard installation is included, extra installation costs can vary depending on the home’s electrical setup and are typically the responsibility of the customer along with any permit costs. That said, if that wasn't clearly communicated, I apologize. I understand John Blanchard has reached out to you to help resolve the issue and put you in contact with the appropriate parties.
