They make apt for next day then tell you every day that they have not looked at your Vehicle yet and this lasts for days, for me weeks. Juliet Guertin is RUDE, and always has an attitude. Prior to her even seeing my Vehicle which is still under warranty is already taking about charging me to look at it because service engines light is on without knowing the issue. Bill Brown ford may be 2-3 weeks out but they are Honest and wont hold the Vehicle for days with out looking at it. Would never recommend ever going for any Service! More
