The process took a bit long but I was quite excited about the purchase since I had read raving reviews about this place and the sales team seemed to be nice and personable (of course, they are trying to sell you a car!). We settled on the car since it seemed to be in good condition with fairly low mileage and the car history didn't show anything concerning. Edgar had me electronically signing what seemed an endless amount of papers (which he explained has made the process a lot faster but I appreciated it more for environmental reasons) but he assured me I would be getting a copy of all the documents within 3 days. Fast-forward a week later and I had not received anything. The sale was completed after about 3 hours but the car wasn't ready because they had sent it for a wash and detailing. Since we couldn't get an accurate estimate on the wait we decided to come home and return later to pick it up. We picked up the car about an hour before they closed, came home, had some dinner and later decided to go to the supermarket for some drinks. When we got back in the car the engine light came on. I called Renato, the agent who helped us with the sale first thing the next morning (Dec. 31st) and explained what had happened. He urged me to bring the car in as soon as we could but didn't seem too concerned and explained that perhaps something had moved during the detailing and just needed to be put back in place. Unfortunately, we were unable to bring in the car that same day because our dog was scheduled for surgery in Richmond. We brought it in at 11AM the next morning, January 1st and haven’t heard much ever since. We haven’t received the car back yet and if we don’t reach out for information they don’t volunteer to keep us updated. On their website they claim to offer loaner cars but when we asked for a provisional car we were told that they “usually don’t” but if the car wasn't fixed by today Tuesday, January 7th the manager would work something out for us. No one has reached out to us. Last time we checked in we were told that it was a loose sensor but the car would be ready by the end of the day (Jan. 4th). End of the day comes and we’re told that the engine light came back on and that they were going to replace the sensor instead. They asked us to grant them 3 more days and that that was an over-estimate that the car would probably be ready before then. It’s the third day today and nothing has happened. Very disappointed with this whole experience. Passport Nissan of Alexandria seems to work very quick to make a sale but when it comes to fixing a problem they are very inefficient. I don’t even think that assembling a brand new car takes this long! A whole week to fix/replace a sensor?!? Unacceptable! First and last time doing business with them! Extremely unprofessional! More
Salesman was very pleasant to work with. I bought a $30000 used truck. As I drove it off the lot I realized they the windshield was cracked. Frustrating that they would sell an expensive vehicle with $30000 used truck. As I drove it off the lot I realized they the windshield was cracked. No follow up for problems The sales people are nice, but once you hand over your check, expect the customer service to dissapear. Dealership employees stole belongings out The sales people are nice, but once you hand over your check, expect the customer service to dissapear. Dealership employees stole belongings out of the trunk of my trade in car. The salesman, Luis, looked for them and found half the contents of my gym bag in the trunk. Unfortunately, the dealership lost those, too. It took two months to get my license plates because of a typo the dealership had on my paperwork. I tried to work with Ryan in Finance to keep track of the status, but people hardly ever called me back. It's now three months since I bought my car and I'm still waiting for the second electronic key - because the salesman accidentally gave it to another customer. The sales manager, Nettra, promised to send someone out to make a new key three weeks ago. But, despite all the messages I've left for him, he hasn't been calling me back. More

Amazing service by sales: Anthony Taylor I walked in to the dealership one week ago, thinking that I would look into Sentra for purchasing. However, when I walked in, I was greeted by Anthony, one of the sales persons, and was promptly walked through the options. He introduced me the aggressive discounts they were having on Altima and suggested that the adjusted price might work for my budget after all. Afterward, he was very prompt with test drives and getting the estimates for the car. He was very friendly, imformative, and understanding through out the process. He followed up with me through phone calls on my process with research afterwards and kindly set down again to talk over the financing when I returned a week later. I really appreciated Anthony's service and he would be the main reason to go back to Passport Nissan in the future. More
