I was so impressed with my experience. We had been to other dealerships and the employees were not friendly and the atmosphere was not comfortable. Everyone seemed to get along and the customers got into the fun with the spinning wheel after the test drive. Our intention was not to walk away that day with a car but we did because we were comfortable and never got the feeling that they wanted us to buy something that we could not afford. They showed us cars that were in our price range and we made it work. Everyone from Reidar the Manager and Derrick the salesman as well as the financial officer were so kind and comforting. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More

The experience I have had at Prime Honda is the way every customer should be treated when they go to purchase a car. Justin was so personable and only cared about finding the perfect car for our needs. They both worked together to help me find that car for my daughter to drive. Unfortunately after purchasing the used car we found it had a few mechanical problems. David Rosenberg and the people at Prime stood behind the vehicle and did everything they could to make things right. Peter Whalen and Jeff Jaczuk were amazing in the service department and stayed on top of my vehicle to make sure everything was repaired. I have never met a more honest and customer oriented group of people in a car dealership. When problems with the used vehicle arose again Reidar Davies, the sales manager, took over and said they would do everything in their power to make things right. I decided to upgrade the vehicle to a little newer car and they again went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. As disappointing as it was to have some problems with the used car, Prime will always have my business and the strongest of recommendation and many referrals because of how they have handled everything and how I was treated. First off, I had no intentions of purchasing at this time as I was only scheduled for an end of term lease inspection. We were in the market for a new vehicle, and had done a lot of shopping, visiting many dealers and doing research online for our desired model-a pre-owned Honda Pliot. When we arrived at Prime, we met with Reidar Davies, sales manager who let us know the vehicle we had come in for that was described online had been purchased just minutes before. Understanding our disappointment, Reidar began to search diligently for a pre-owned Honda Pilot that would meet our needs. Meanwhile, we met with Gustavo Borges who went discussed with us our needs in a new vehicle, made some suggestions, discussed our trade-in and other particulars. Much to our excitement, within minutes Reidar came back to us with the details of another Pilot, in our favorite color,and went through the brief history of the vehicle and its use by the former owner. Gus got the Pilot new-car ready for us, and we took it it for a spin---SOLD!! Both Reidar and Gus we friendly, professional, honest and they both worked so hard to find us a vehicle that we fell in love with. Most of all, we were a little anxious to spend thousands of dollars, but our overall encounter with them made the process smooth and reassuring. A few days later I returned for the inspection,and Gus was absolutely fantastic at helping me with every detail and making me feel pampered.
