Parkway was overall good and seems generally honest/reputable, but we had some troubles getting in reliable contact with folks to get questions answered during the purchase process. David was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, extremely courteous and professional during the negotiation, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchasing process. The other staff members at the dealership I met (sales managers, service department staff, and other sales staff who greeted me at the door) were also extremely courteous and helpful. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !! These people are unbelievable. We negotiated a price on a car and because we did not finance with them they delayed the process to a point that we !! These people are unbelievable. We negotiated a price on a car and because we did not finance with them they delayed the process to a point that we had to cancelled the whole thing. Then we learned that they make the most money when you buy and finance the car with them so they don't have any interest in selling you a car if you don't finance it through their lenders. Then it took forever to get my $500 deposit back, when the cashier was not available, they were running some type of reports that would take over 2 hours, then the manager was no were to be found, no on returns calls, they would transfer my call around to different extensions. Unreal business practice. Still waiting to get notified of my refund. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! More
