The Prime staff was professional and courtious and,to quote my insurance agent, extremly efficent.The process was so fluid I didn't even realize it was over until we were driving away. In particular, Paul Wisdom was a pleasure to work with. His manner was relaxed and laid back, yet pleasant and informative. At the other dealers, I felt like an animal of prey, as the salespeople approached me repeatedly and aggressively, clipboards in hand, asking insistently for my phone number and address. I did not want to be called or contacted at home. I wanted to look and think for myself. It was annoying having to fend off the hungry salespeople when I only wanted to ask a few questions and look at the cars. At Prime Honda, no one pressured me at all or asked for my number and address. They were friendly in a relaxed way. They answered my questions and showed me the cars I wanted to see without any other requirements from me. (Naturally they needed my license when it was time for a test drive eventually, which was appropriate.)In particular, we liked the manner of Paul Wisdom. My husband and I had no doubt that we would go back to Prime Honda and to Paul Wisdom if we chose to buy a Honda --- and we did. I purchased a 2009 CR-V EX-L. The negotiations with Paul were quickly resolved. The discussion with Sam, the manager that day, was also very pleasant. He was not phony slick or aggressive. He simply laid out our options in a quiet manner and did not try to pressure us to make decisions on the spot as usually happens in those situations. A few days after buying the car, I returned to Prime Honda to purchase a rubber protector mat for my floor. Paul Wisdom was there and greeted me by name. Even though he had already sold me the car and did not need to cater to me anymore, he voluntarily took the floor mats from me, drove my car into the service garage, vacuumed the carpeting himself and installed the mats for me. He did not need to do this, and I was quite impressed. I highly recommend Prime Honda and salesman Paul Wisdom. And hey --- who wouldn't want to work with someone with such a cool name! More

I had a great experience the first time I came. Everyone was eager to help me out and there was no pressure. Everyone had a positive and uplifting attitude. I was also given a tour of the dealership before i left and i got to meet all the service writers who were all friendly. My car was cleaned within 20 mins of picking it out which i thought was great. At prime they do everything they can to please the customer and i would deffenitly reccomend them to everyone. More

Ryder and Stacy were so great. They took the time to make sure I felt really comfortable with the deal. They didn't pressure me at all. Stacy helped me pick out the perfect CR-V for me. Everything was ready to go, no surprises, no waiting. I felt like they truly wanted me to be happy and completely satisfied, which I was and still am. I had been to several dealers in MA. Most of them came out to me being extremely aggressive. Prime Honda was different. I love this dealership out of 49 inquries on my credit report Prime Honda was able to get me approved in 1 day and it tooked other dealers weeks and still can't get me approve. I love how Anthony treated me because he knew what the best deal was for men and he didn't try to rip me off by seeing how much money he could make he judged me by looking at the best ways and why i needed the car. I needed a safer car that saved me on gas and more room so my kids could breathe. By the help of Jeff Nadine( he is awesome) i was able to pick my car up in 2 days. I was treated very well, my 2 brats was well taken care of i didn't have to wonder if they we're getting into trouble. Everyone did a great job and i recommend this dealership especially Anthony,Jeff & James to anyone that needs a affordable car. The day i picked my car up i was greeted by a very respectful gentleman by the name of Jerome and he was very helpful and he wanted to move me into my new car as soon as possible. I was given an internet price on a vehicle supposedly in stock, a Civic Sedan EXL with Nav. When I got to the dealership they asked if I wanted to test drive it and when I sid yes, they brought out an Acco stock, a Civic Sedan EXL with Nav. When I got to the dealership they asked if I wanted to test drive it and when I sid yes, they brought out an Accord, insisting that it was what I had asked for. Then they told me the car I wanted was not in stock, but they could equip an EX to be the same, something I gather was a lie. During all this time, I waited for about 30 minutes each time I asked a question for an answer. Finally, they insisted that they could give me the heated leather seats, but accordinga to Anthony C there were no heated side mirrors on the car I wanted. After stupidly signing a contract for this bogus car, I rechecked with Scott Martinelli, the internet contact, and was told that, yes I was quoted a price on a car in stock and, yes, it did have heated leather seats and heated side mirrors. This was a classic bait and switch. Don't deal with them. More
