A Great Team After my online inquiry regarding pricing for the Sorento, I received a very prompt and informative call from Matt Warner who gave me several options After my online inquiry regarding pricing for the Sorento, I received a very prompt and informative call from Matt Warner who gave me several options of cars, prices, financing, and an invitation to drop by which is unusual in a phone call. I don't have time to run around looking for info. So I drop by for a quick check of the Sorento, Sportage, and Soul...Matt wasn't in and Jarred Henson shows me around and shares great, honest info about each car. I was able to narrow my choice to the Sportage or Soul. Next day, I get a followup call letting me know they had cleaned and brought up the Sportage I had liked. Dropped by for a test drive, and Matt spent a great deal of time testing out the two cars, narrowing my choices, judging prices in my target range, finding THE car, and making the price manageable. I mean the man is PATIENT! No pressure! Helpful! To be totally honest, I never expected to find the car I wanted in the price range I needed. The perfect car pops up a bit too high, then the F&I Team kicks in to make it happen. Gary Beeler explains all my money options, and while I'm finishing the paperwork, the service team shines and cleans the car so I can drive out in a brand new Soul...really love it! These guys use Teamwork in the RIGHT way...getting the customer in the right car without chasing you down in the parking lot. I drive right past dealerships like that. This team does it the right way! More

My 2016 Kia Sorento is perfect for my needs. Didn't pay a thing for anything extra. Robbi was very patient as I told her I hated to come to dealerships. She was going to let me test drive everyone of the vehicles on the lot until I was satisfied if thats what it took. Fortunately, they had what I wanted and we struck a great deal that I felt happy with. All of the staff are very friendly and say hello each time I came in. They hold the door, they point you to the coffee, they treat you like royalty when you walk in. Thats the way a customer needs to be treated when they plan on spending 20-50K for a vehicle these days. Nice clean, well lit facility. Very clean service department. My car was detailed, gassed up and placed in a separate bay all ready to go. Truly a wonderful experience. More
