Everything was amazing until Troy was called away early. I was then forgotten about for approx 1 hour. I had to go ask what was taking so long and then they could not find my car. The collision center is not customer oriented. Feed back is non-existent. Had to wait 3+ months to get my car repair. Was told that there were a backlog on parts. However when I called corporate, Feed back is non-existent. Had to wait 3+ months to get my car repair. Was told that there were a backlog on parts. However when I called corporate, my part was expedited. I had to always initiate a call to my service rep. and was always told to hold on so he can check with the guys. It seems like if I didn't call often my car would probably still be on hold, totally unsatisfactory. Finally got my car, upon inspection most of the seal was hanging off the area that was repaired. This should have been taken care of before pick-up. So that tells me that the job was rushed and not carefully inspected after the repair. Had to return the car the next day to fix the problem. The door that was repaired have an issue of not closing properly. Before the repair I could close the door easily, now I basically have to slam the door to close it. Don't really want to take it back there to deal with the same personnel or shop. This is totally unsatisfactory. For future reference please keep your customer updated on progress instead of silence....... And make sure there's a thorough inspection before releasing the car to the customer. More
