Maybe one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Communication was lacking, my car was basically held hostage because it was going to “be difficult” to have to file paper work again. Parts were had. Communication was lacking, my car was basically held hostage because it was going to “be difficult” to have to file paper work again. Parts weren’t ordered when they said they were so it took longer than expected for my car to be worked on in the first place. It took 3 WEEKS for a MIRROR to be replaced. So much of my time and life were wasted at this dealership. More
