You guys were willing to take my Hyundai Kona in and do a diagnostic check even it was purchased from Southeast agency. Determined battery at fault. Apparently SE agency had a AAA used battery put in befo a diagnostic check even it was purchased from Southeast agency. Determined battery at fault. I am very dissatisfied. Minimum clarification and communication. Receptionist was unprofessional, gave little information as answers to my questions before I picked up my SU Minimum clarification and communication. Receptionist was unprofessional, gave little information as answers to my questions before I picked up my SUV. Inspection missed other issues with vehicle, such as my water-filled headlight, concerned about what else could be missed. Held vehicle for 5 days without call/explanation, I had to figure out getting to work those days not expecting repair to take that long. I was asked to pay an absurd price for a simple diagnostic code reading and small replacement part. The inside of my car was not respected with an exploded soda left in my cupholder which ruined some items in my SUV. I will not be coming to this service station again. More
