I only went to the service department and was quoted one price, paid up front to order the part when I went to have the work done was charged an additional $300 I knew nothing about. Took a whole week without my vehicle to do an oil change, change the oil dipstick to a revised one, and reprogram the ecu. I don't understand having an appointment for service if there is no one available to change the oil dipstick to a revised one, and reprogram the ecu.
