Well, Parks Ford still has my car unfixed for an entire year, and I'm constantly being lied to. Every time I talk to Levin he tells me some excuse on when my car will be ready or it's a new problem. My warranty company has already paid Ford for repairs that have never happened. I'm sure that other things are wrong with my car by now because of how long it's been sitting on your lot. The wait time was longer than quoted (1. 5hrs vs. 1 hr). The appointment I made was for a new car maintenance and oil change. I brought my car in. They said the battery was bad. I told them it was the 5th battery new alternator. Engine runs very smooth. I picked up the car and it would hard idle without stalling. They did something to it. Then they told me they were going to replace the alternator, wiring harness, coil packs and spark plugs. And that's why it's running bad. The same components that the car was running well with. This make no sense at all. If feel like they made some mistake or are not well trained diagnosticians. This is the second terrible experience with service Parks. I will take it to Jenkins in Ocala where they had to fix what Parks could not on my first. Is it. Regards. Anthony Amburn, PhD More
