I only went to the service department and was quoted one price, paid up front to order the part when I went to have the work done was charged an additional $300 I knew nothing about. A key fob should not be price, paid up front to order the part when I went to have the work done was charged an additional $300 I knew nothing about. A key fob should not be $800 I doubt they even cut the key blade. I’ll have to check but I bet they’d want $$$$ to do that. If my Lincoln needs work I won’t be taking it there. More

Took a whole week without my vehicle to do an oil change, change the oil dipstick to a revised one, and reprogram the ecu. I don't understand having an appointment for service if there is no one available to change the oil dipstick to a revised one, and reprogram the ecu. It put me without transportation for the entire week while my drivable truck sat in the service parking lot. More
