Edwin was very quick, knowledgeable & polite. When mechanics forgot to wash my vehicle he was ready to do it himself! I was disappointed that my maintenance wasn't free since I was a month too la When mechanics forgot to wash my vehicle he was ready to do it himself! I was disappointed that my maintenance wasn't free since I was a month too late but that was my fault. I came back a few days later for work that was under warranty so that was good & they washed my car this time. Thanks Parks! More

I visited the service department for the first time to have an oil change and service done on a recall.. I was seen on schedule and manager was very courteous and knowledgeable. Truck is not a as advertised. Said it passed the Ford blue inspection. I’ve had to replace the wipers already, which are supposed to be good. The rear door open light is constantl Said it passed the Ford blue inspection. I’ve had to replace the wipers already, which are supposed to be good. The rear door open light is constantly on. It has a parking fault aid. Trailer lights were not hooked up, and I had to pay another Ford dealer to fix that. I have to return the truck to Gainesville to have a seat fixed that was ripped. Also, the fuel tank was advertised as 46 gallons, it is not it is a 27 gallon tank or so not happy about that either or anything to do with this xxxx truck More
