Service in the beginning showed some interest in gaining info on my visit but ultimately advised that parts were not available and had to reschedule which meant driving another trip requiring 50 miles. I cancelled some repairs that was told was necessary .e, sensors but engine did not a Indicate issues as described in the Hyundai Owners Manual. Accounting did not take action on charge card in the following 2 weeks as promised. More

Levin Hickman deserves a gold star. When I took my vehicle to Parks of Gainesville for an oil change and to get 4 new tires, I didn't realize the car was a making an unusual noise. He was willing to have a valet to come to my house clear in Melrose to pick up my car so that he could have the mechanic give it a second look. Indeed, something was not right with the vehicle which Levin worked diligently with Ford Motors to ensure the broken part was replaced. For that, I'll be forever greatful to Levin. I am extremely impressed by Parks of Gainesville. I'll be your customer for life!! More
