The wait time was longer than quoted (1. 5hrs vs. 1 hr). The appointment I made was for a new car maintenance and oil change. I brought my car in. They said the battery was bad. I told them it was the 5th battery new alternator. Engine runs very smooth. They returned it and said it was a bad bat They said the battery was bad. I told them it was the 5th battery new alternator. Engine runs very smooth. They returned it and said it was a bad battery. I picked up the car and it would hard idle without stalling. They did something to it. Then they told me they were going to replace the alternator, wiring harness, coil packs and spark plugs. And that's why it's running bad. The same components that the car was running well with. This make no sense at all. If feel like they made some mistake or are not well trained diagnosticians. This is the second terrible experience with service Parks. I will take it to Jenkins in Ocala where they had to fix what Parks could not on my first. Is it. Regards. Anthony Amburn, PhD More

truck was picked up for an oil change at 8:30am and I didn't get it back until around 5pm. That would be fine, the problem is I tried to reach out to get an ETA multiple times and never got a return call didn't get it back until around 5pm.
