I brought my car in. They said the battery was bad. I told them it was the 5th battery new alternator. Engine runs very smooth. I picked up the car and it would hard idle without stalling. They did something to it. Then they told me they were going to replace the alternator, wiring harness, coil packs and spark plugs. And that's why it's running bad. The same components that the car was running well with. This make no sense at all. If feel like they made some mistake or are not well trained diagnosticians. truck was picked up for an oil change at 8:30am and I didn't get it back until around 5pm. That would be fine, the problem is I tried to reach out to get an ETA multiple times and never got a return call didn't get it back until around 5pm.
