SCOTT was very personal. . they took r he vehicle in and ran a diagnostic test on my car. I was there for a recall. They found other issues that needed addressed. Work accomplished...but the technician broke a part that needed replaced. ( he didn't tell the service advisor) . Upon picking up the car I was informed of the problem. I was livid, that the problem wasn't fixed. Scott saw to it I had transportation for the day. The technician should be reprimanded. Over all the experience was good. I will come back for service again. More
