Outstanding service! My daughter and I arrived at the Fiat dealership to search for a vehicle for my daughter after having a disappointing experience at some of the other My daughter and I arrived at the Fiat dealership to search for a vehicle for my daughter after having a disappointing experience at some of the other places nearby. From the moment we walked to the door, we were greeted by Amit with professionalism, courteousness, and an outgoing personality. Amit was very knowledgeable of all of the features on the Fiat models, and explained everything to us without being overwhelming and pushy as some dealers can be. Amit is an excellent employee, and so are the other staff members of this facility. The finance department, Carlos, helped us obtain a loan that was affordable and came with an extended warranty. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to this dealership, and especially to speak with Amit. More

To see the new 500X My son took me to the Fiat dealership in Wesley Chapel to see the 500X. We were approached by Amit. My son told him he had spoken the day before wit My son took me to the Fiat dealership in Wesley Chapel to see the 500X. We were approached by Amit. My son told him he had spoken the day before with Jorge, he than went and got Jorge. Jorge told Amit to get the 5ooX for us to see. I went for a test drive with Amit, and my experience with him was wonderful. He explained all the features of this car. After we came back from the test drive, we then went in to showroom to negotiate the price of the car. That was a very pleasant experience with Amit, and Jorge. The 500X Fiat has so many safety features that come standard with this car, that was the reason for us looking at it. And I drove out with my new 500X fiat that afternoon. More

I had previously expressed my concerns about my new Fiat 500x (Trekking Plus) because I believed the car was driving like a used car instead of a new car. (Basic summary) What I did not realize was I had been predominantly driving a car with the same transmission for 12 years and while I was getting older cars were getting newer. I appreciate good service, but the service provided by Jorge and Amit was impeccable! We entered the dealership, were greeted by Jorge Rodriguez and introduced to Amit Sharma, who was our eventual Sales Consultant. The entire experience was one of comfort and ease. Amit was very personable and informative, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. We left the dealership with a 2016 Fiat 500x (Trekking). My wife is very happy with her new vehicle, which means I am very happy. Best sales experience I ever had. I would highly recommend these guys!!! More

So happy with my Scion =) My car was unfortunately totaled, so I went online looking for cars and came across a Scion tC at this location. I went to check it out and Morgan let My car was unfortunately totaled, so I went online looking for cars and came across a Scion tC at this location. I went to check it out and Morgan let me take it for a test drive. He was very nice and helpful and answered any questions my mom or I had. He also had a sense of humor, which is always a good thing =) It was a great buying experience and fair prices. It was actually the best experience I've ever had at a dealership because they're not like other dealerships. The great thing about this dealership is that you don't feel any pressure to buy a car right then and there. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car there and hopefully they get Morgan to help them out with it. Also, Kathy was really nice and pleasant. She answered any questions we had, too. More
