The salesman and I were in touch by phone and email for approximately two weeks as I planned my relocation from California to New York. I helped identify the cars I wanted and came in on a Saturday to test drive the car. Due to a short transition period to start my new job, I had only one full day to purchase the car. This was accomplished with no problem. Pricing was very transparent as well as the warranty options. I will definitely be back when it is time to buy a new car. More

Great first experience! Claudio Claro is amazing! This was my first visit to Park Ave BMW service and it was really an exceptional experience. I had several issues with my car, and chose this location This was my first visit to Park Ave BMW service and it was really an exceptional experience. I had several issues with my car, and chose this location because I had heard great things. When I called into make an appointment, the staff was very friendly and I was able to get an appointment very quickly and even arrange to get a loaner car while my car was in service (the loaner car was brand new and in great condition). The star of the experience was really Claudio Claro, our service advisor, who made everything happen so smoothly. We told him all of the issues we thought we had and he checked to see if they were necessary, recommended what else we might want to consider adding by thoroughly checking our car and previous service records. He really explained everything that he was doing to the car very clearly and made it easy for me to understand. He also worked with us to make everything fit within our timeframe and budget. Claudio constantly kept us updated throughout the time our car was being serviced and was very accessible for all of our questions. He told us an estimated date the car would be completed (which was very soon) and car was completed exactly when he said it would. Claudio is really excellent at what he does but I think what really sets him apart is his kind and friendly personality. It can be stressful when you are having car troubles and I think he did such a great job reassuring me and being present every step of the process. Park Ave BMW service was welcoming, fast, and efficient and was truly a great experience. I will definitely be returning for any future service needs. Thank you for a great experience! More
