I was test driving two similar vehicles and chose the BMW for several reasons. First, I loved the options and handling of the newly redesigned X3. Second and very importantly, working with Sabit was such a nice experience. He was direct and showed me the numbers and didn't play the haggling and negotiating game that many dealerships play, which left me with the feeling that I had gotten an extremely fair deal on the car. He has also been extremely responsive to my questions and accommodating during the entire process. It also doesn't hurt that working with Park Ave BMW in general is an enjoyable luxury experience which is what I want when I'm spending so much on a vehicle! Heather was outstanding as well during finanacing, easy to go through the motions. I appreciated her as well. Andre was awesome and was very happy to see me smile on delivery of my first 5 series. Wheels in Motion Claudio, and assisted by Dan, were amazing in getting me back on the road. I live in Connecticut, and had a blow out in my tire (run-flats) on a Satu Claudio, and assisted by Dan, were amazing in getting me back on the road. I live in Connecticut, and had a blow out in my tire (run-flats) on a Saturday night in the NYC area. I was able to drop off my car early Sunday morning. They called me in between my surgeries in the operating room, and arranged for all matters at a 120 mile distance so I would not have any inconveniences. They took care of all the issues with the paperwork/warranty, and informed me every step of the way by text, email, and voicemail. I have not seen such thorough intervention in a long time. Relative to my dealership in CT, this is a far superior system of care in place. I would recommend strongly the aspects of care at this facility. They have certainly gone above and beyond the average. They made my life easier and safer. More
