The local Nola dealership couldn't service my car for 3 months, but Baton Rouge was able to get me in! I was pleased with the email confirmations and reminders about my appointment time and to have a se months, but Baton Rouge was able to get me in! I was pleased with the email confirmations and reminders about my appointment time and to have a service rep assigned to me. VAL was fantastic, super responsive and helpful with clarifying questions. The showroom is lovely to wait in and based on my needs, I was in and out within a hour. She made everything easy and so friendly! While I waited, I was able to chat with TERRANCE in sales about vehicles and he was so gracious and incredibly informative about the crazy market of low inventory. Thank you! I have owned LR vehicles for the last 12 years across states and dealerships (with terrible experiences) and this location was by far the BEST customer service I've ever received! More
