The sales people, Connie, Ginger and Rachel are very nice It did not take very long to find the problem and order the part and fix the car. I liked having a ride with Roger when I dropped the car off. He It did not take very long to find the problem and order the part and fix the car. Poor communication extremely long time to repair Brought a vehcile there for a check engine light. I never recieved a call from them to update me on the status of the vehicle. I tried calling them mu Brought a vehcile there for a check engine light. I never recieved a call from them to update me on the status of the vehicle. I tried calling them multiple times and left messages that were never returned. Finally someone answered the phone and said it would take 2 weeks to even look at the vehicle and seemed put off that I thought that was a long time to look at it. After 3 weeks they diagnosed the vehicle and repaired it a week later. So if you are ok with being without your 50K plus thousand vehicle for over a month then please buy and service your vehicle here. More

My recent service visit to Land Rover of neworleans I brought my Range Rover for It’s yearly service and to have roof rails installed so I could mount bike racks for an upcoming vacation.
