Excellent Service Heard a strange noise when I turned to the right. Suspected it might be from hitting a large pothole. Called Paretti and they scheduled an exam with 48 hours. Turned out something on the F Type had worn out My car is 4 yrs old and has 42,000 miles. The part and repair were fully covered by warranty. As an added bonus the service tech drove the car to be sure my problem was solved before returning it. He made recommendations as to deferred maintenance that were on point. Since the salesperson who sold me my previous car was no longer there I was referred to someone else. However, after waiting for a while (almost two hours) I was told that the person whom I wanted to see only see individuals by appointment so I asked to speak with someone else. This young salesman, Terrance came out, spoke with us, spent a couple of hours with us (my cousin and I). He was very patient, upbeat and friendly. He sold her a vehicle. I went back a few months later and purchased a vehicle from him. As soon as I walked into the service advisor area, Paul from Parts came over and gave me a tube of touchup paint that he had ordered for my XE!
