Only three minutes after arriving, a wonderful sales lady by the name of Rosa Diaz decided to help my wife and I in our quest. Rosa was more than helpful, she was just amazing. Rosa took her time to listen to our needs and the reason why we needed this vehicle. Furthermore, Rosa with all her patience showed us several vehicles in our price range. After no more than two hours ( record time to make such a investment) we found the right vehicle. My wife and I are now owners of a 2016 Honda Accord. Thanks to Rosa, I believe in dealerships once again. After losing all of our hopes in finding the right vehicle at the right price, Rosa made it happen.
