Very happy with my new RDX - Thomas Ng was Great Full Disclosure: I wasn't thrilled the first time I visited Paragon Acura. I pretty much knew what I was looking for (3 year lease on a RDX), but wh Full Disclosure: I wasn't thrilled the first time I visited Paragon Acura. I pretty much knew what I was looking for (3 year lease on a RDX), but when I asked a sales associate to ballpark the costs for me so I could confirm it was in my price range, I felt like I was pulling teeth. The all-in cost he gave me ended up being significantly higher (over $50/mo) than an advertised special that was on Paragon's own website. With that said, I really liked the vehicle, so I called the dealership back after doing a little more research on my own. I spoke to a very helpful associate on the phone (Richard), and he eased some of my concerns. He set up an appt the following weekend to try again. When I showed up the next time, I was greeted first by a very friendly manager (sorry, I forgot her name!), and then sat down with with my new salesperson Thomas Ng. In short, Thomas was fantastic. He quickly grasped what was looking for, and then helped make that happen without pushing unnecessary extras. He was very upfront with what he could do for me, and came across as extremely trustworthy. I left Paragon a short time later with a new car. Would happily do business with Paragon (and esp Thomas) again. More

Great Used Car purchase - 2011 MDX I was in the market for an MDX and came across some great deals at Paragon Acura, not to mention, their very friendly and helpful staff. I originally went there just to look and inquire about trading in an older MDX and possibly buying a 2014 model. My sales rep Thomas Ng and the rest of their team are the best. Thomas listened to all my concerns regarding trade in values, purchase price/monthly charges of vehicle I could afford, transferring plates, and transferring insurance. Thomas worked diligently with me to have a smooth purchase, Thomas was able to exceed my expectations and I was able to purchase a better 2015 model and have all paperwork completed in a few hours and drive home with my new vehicle. Thomas also made sure I was satisfied with my purchase, by placing follow up phone calls/texts to me regarding vehicle satisfaction and asking if I had any questions. I decided to go along with the RDX. My salesman, Thomas Ng, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After a bit of negotiation, he was able to meet me with an excellent lease program. The day after the transaction, he followed up with me to see how the car was running. I liked the fact that he paid attention to detail. My previous experiences at other dealership have not been very pleasant. Overall I would recommend Thomas to my family and friends if they ever are in the market for an Acura. More
