This is an awful dealership. I sat in the showroom for 20 minutes before anyone even said hello. Then sales manager was "too busy" to talk to me about a car. I took a car for a test drive and came back 20 minutes before anyone even said hello. Then sales manager was "too busy" to talk to me about a car. I took a car for a test drive and came back to talk about the car the sales manager told me there are no price negotiations. He said, "the price is the price." I've been shopping for a car for two weeks at dozens of dealerships and this was by far the worst. More
I was in the market for a used car and visited many dealerships. I always purchase new and keep them until they die, so this was my first experience looking for a used car. It seemed like every "mega - dealerships. I always purchase new and keep them until they die, so this was my first experience looking for a used car. It seemed like every "mega - plex" dealership was busy and didn't have a favorable attitude towards the used car buyer. Then, I got lucky and found Matthews in Paoli. This isn't a huge, glamourous dealership and I think that's what really makes the difference. I've never been to Paoli before and didn't know they've been in business for almost a century. Everything about my experience at Matthews was excellent from the thoughtful salespeople to the company manager and closing manager. When it's time for my next new or used car, Matthews will be my first (and probably) last stop. More

Pick up service (thanks Jerry) and very prompt attention at all times. Would recommend Paoli Ford to anyone - service department is excellent, call up and get appointment within a couple of days. Any minor issues (light out) I called in and they fixed it immediately at no charge to me. It seems almost everything apart from actual service, is covered by warranty. Thank you to the service team More
