The bank I financed the purchase with also just notified me that Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram never sent a copy of my title or lien to them, which is going to change my interest rate. When I call to get this resolved I’m cycled through different departments and put on hold for up to half hour before I actually get to talk to someone. I’ve had a very negative experience working with this dealership and I’d highly recommend looking for a car elsewhere. More
