This was our first time taking our 2010 SRT8 to Palmer Dodge. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and the quality of work we received. Communication with the service advisor Michael Dodge. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and the quality of work we received. Communication with the service advisor Michael was wonderful. His explanation of repairs and what was needed we appreciated. The technician was spot on with recommendations and repaired the vehicle. We are very pleased that the technician noticed the leaking water pump and thermostat. The repair order was very professional and provided one of the most descriptive explanation of repairs and purpose that I have seen. I have spent almost 20 years in the automotive business. Even though the car sits in the garage I know if left leaking it could have led to a MUCH more costly repair. Palmer Dodge will be the only place I will attend for repairs on the SRT and when ready to purchase they will be my first choice. Thank you Michael, the technician, and the rest of the team. Cheers!
