I bought my Juke from PS Nissan in 2010. I loved everything about this dealership from sales to finance to service. At just over 70,000 miles, my transmission failed and needed to be replaced. The service manager was wonderful and worked with Nissan to get the transmission replaced without cost to me. That new transmission began to fail about 30,000 miles later. I returned to the dealership. The new service manager was very nice and listened my concern. When I had not heard back from him in about a week, I emailed. At that point he answered my email and told me he had left me a message the same day I was in to let me know that Nissan would do nothing for me. I never got a call or received that message. I then emailed the General Manager. I can’t tell you about my experience with him because he has never responded. This dealership used to be wonderful, but with the new GM, service manager, and other changes to personnel, it’s just not the same. I won’t be returning there. I have owned three Nissans and considered a trade-in, but now, I am having my car repaired elsewhere at half the cost. What difference does it make since Nissan doesn’t stand behind their product? Why would I pay them double the amount to repair it? My car will now, at 104,000 miles, be on the third transmission. That is outrageous. As for me, I will never buy another a Nissan. More

I was wanting to purchase a vehicle this weekend, I also wanted to keep my tax dollars near where I live rather than go somewhere else. They said they would match what the other dealerships OTD price was. T wanted to keep my tax dollars near where I live rather than go somewhere else. They said they would match what the other dealerships OTD price was. The other dealership refused to give me a breakdown of what I was paying for. So I told Loab who works in finance what their OTD price was at the other dealership. He said they would match it. I said perfect and asked for a breakdown of the fees etc, I noticed an alarm was on the quote. Aparently they added an "alarm" on every vehicle on the lot because we live close to the border, that is exactly what the sales person told me, I have screenshots to prove it. Strange I thought because last I knew alarms don't cost over $1200. So I told Loab that my brother used to work there which he did and he told me that the alarms are not actual alarms. They are "key management systems" so they can use any key fob to open the doors of the vehicles so it's convenient. Then when you go to purchase the vehicle they turn it into an "alarm." I told Loab that I do not want the alarm and to take it off, he did. He sent me a "new" breakdown of the price of the car and it was the same. You would think because they took the alarm off that the price would drop $1200 but it didn't. He just moved it around elsewhere in the fees or the price of the vehicle. When I asked him about it he said I matched the price of the other dealership. Yes, yes you did Loab but when you take something off then the price should be cheaper. This place is a joke. I would recommend going elsewhere!!! Buyer beware!!! More
