My initial visit was for a lease, but upon arrival I found out the lease special had expired. This dealership worked with me and I ended up purchasing the car I wanted and not being put into something found out the lease special had expired. Was looking for a used Ford Fusion - 2010-2012 year range. Called the sales department and spoke to Jessica. She said that she had a 2011 for $13995, a great price, with only 42K miles on it. I drove a range. Called the sales department and spoke to Jessica. She said that she had a 2011 for $13995, a great price, with only 42K miles on it. I drove an hour one direction to get there, only to find out that this was a "bait and switch" tactic. Jessica wasn't even there for our appointment - instead, another salesman told us that Jessica must have "confused" their Fusion prices with the Focus prices. The only Fusions they had were the 2012 models selling for $15999 - no room to negotiate. Then they drove us all the way to their sister store, Fiesta Ford, to look for this possible 2011 Fusion. Needless to stay, it didn't exist. In my opinion, if your job is selling cars there is no excuse for confusing a stock of Fusions with Focuses. Won't shop here again. More
