Joseph was amazing and helpful from the moment we met. I never felt pressured by him and he helped to get me into my new Bronco Sport. Patty was super helpfull with explaning all the Mach E infotainment and she also set up my phone with the ford pass and paired it with the car. I’m very disappointed with Palm Springs Motors. I paid them $3,615 on April 6 to repair the flywheel on my Ford Escape. After only about 1,000 miles, the flywheel failed again. Mock’s Ford in I paid them $3,615 on April 6 to repair the flywheel on my Ford Escape. After only about 1,000 miles, the flywheel failed again. Mock’s Ford in Grants Pass, Oregon disassembled the vehicle and determined that the second failure was caused by “failed workmanship” because the flywheel had not been installed correctly. They also took photos that they said “tell the whole story.” Mock’s Ford has been trying for nearly two months to get Palm Springs Motors to cover the repair, but Palm Springs Motors has not agreed to pay and has not returned my calls. I am 82 years old and have now spent about $1,600 on a rental car while facing another $3,703 repair bill. Mistakes happen, but a reputable dealership should stand behind its work. So far, Palm Springs Motors has not. More
