When Palm Springs Motors Ford has its Quick Lane side business whose sign and facade screams o future customers by deceiving them in different ways. When Palm Springs Motors Ford has its Quick Lane side business whose sign and facade screams out its similar to a Firestone or other example of a competitor, then they end up using that same location for its dealer services, then the deception starts. I am in the business (auto parts, related media, etc) and was at their Quick Lane recently which turned out to be a big mistake. They quoted me double what a competitor was going to charge me (over $1,200 more) for the job. Their auto parts quote itself was over $500 more than the going rates. I ended up having to spend $225.00 to get my car. Never ever ever again will my family, my community and beyond will touch Palm Springs Ford again. They may get wonderful dealer reviews, but their Quick Lane operations are very deceptive and a laughable joke. More

Two years ago, I bought a Ford Maverick from Palm Springs Motors. Within the first six months, the axle had to be replaced twice. I considered pursuing a lemon law claim, but before I could, someone hit the truck. I didn’t have the money to repair it or continue with the legal process, so I was stuck with the vehicle. I tried repeatedly to work things out with the dealership and to get out of the loan, but I couldn’t. From my perspective, once the sale was complete, I felt ignored and my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I currently have a truck that’s worth around $16,000, but I still owe about $25,000 on it. I feel like I was sold a deal that put me in a very difficult financial position. I specifically said I didn’t want to be upside down on the loan, but that’s exactly where I ended up. To the dealership’s credit, the manager, Mike, met with me, and the salesperson, Roy, apologized to me for how he handled the sale and the contract was adjusted somewhat. Even so, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I’m a 64-year-old woman, and this has been one of the worst vehicle-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Based on my experience alone, I would encourage anyone considering Palm Springs Motors to do their homework, compare dealerships, carefully review every document before signing, and think twice before making a purchase there. More
