Service Work I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i in for service on May 5th, 2014. I needed the evap filter assembly replaced and the service team discovered an additional i I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i in for service on May 5th, 2014. I needed the evap filter assembly replaced and the service team discovered an additional issue with my right rear tire and tire wheel well assembly. Cliff in the service dept was excellent in giving customer service and honest evaluation. I then joined up with Glenn Kemmery, Service Director and Cliff to fully evaluate my problem and get the issue fixed. I dropped the car off on Tuesday May 6th and was given a service shuttle ride home by Frank. At that time, Glenn explained to me that they would evaluate the problem completely and get the job done. I had purchased my vehicle from a Nissan dealership because they happened to have the correct year and style I was looking for. Glenn kept me informed with updates via phone calls and by Friday, May 9th the service work was completed. I was so pleased by the professionalism, work detail, price of the repair and customer service by Glenn and his team that I will bring my Mazda in for service moving forward. This car was purchased for my son to drive to college in Virginia and I am now relieved to know that that the car is safe and reliable for him to drive. This dealership with Glenn and his service team is first rate.....absolutely exceptional!!!! Truly outstanding and completely satisfied!!! Thanks everyone!!!! More
