He is the nicest, sweetest car salesman I have ever encountered! Mac bent over backwards to get me a deal on my 'dream car' and was able to locate one and get it for me within just a few days. His knowledge and patience showed when he 'introduced' me to my new Mazda and it's many great features, as I am a 'technologically challenged' 61 year old. Great Friendly Staff I went to Pacifico after visiting a different Mazda dealer. I wasnt too comfortable with the first salesman, so I left. New car buying for someone who doesn't like car shopping Due to numerous issues with my previous car (purchased from another dealership) I was forced to buy a new car and needed to get it fast. Went to Pacifico to browse Mazda's, felt no pressure when browsing their large inventory of cars and pressure free test drove 4 different models. They worked with me to make sure every aspect I wanted my new car to have was met. (Even when the specific color I wanted was not available they had it down within a day, I never felt as if I had to settle or buy something I didn't want) . When it came to discuss pricing and financing options I never felt confused or mislead, everything was extremely straighforward. Pricing for the Mazda 6 Loaded grand touring was actually much less than I initially thought it would be. To summarize my experience it was easy, comfortable and unpressurized, I dealt with Mac and Roy who,were great to work with! I recommend anyone thinking of a Mazda to check out Pacifico at the Philadelphia Automall, where you can browse a great selection of vehicles in a low stress environment. Mac has also followed up with me several times since the purchase to check in and see how I am making out with my car and if I had any concerns (something another dealership had not done) Positive buying experience!
