I had spoken to Pacifico and a number of dealers over the phone, but Pacifico quoted me the best deal! Chelle was a joy to work with! She is an absolute car enthusiast! She helped me pick my Mazda6 and kept me up to date through the entire car buying process; right from the point of ordering my car to helping me with financing. The process was quite seamless! On the day I went to pick up my car, she gave me a thorough demo of all the features of the car, which was great! Other than that the Pacifico for Life program that gives you a lifetime Engine warranty and other perks was also one of the major reasons why I went ahead with Pacifico. She made sure Lamont had all the information he needed to make this process as seamless as possible. As soon as I walked in through the door Lamont was ready to go! he had the vehicle I had requested ready to test drive, knew which features i wanted to add on, had all of the paperwork ready for me, handled the updating of my insurance information along with transferring my registration, and patiently answered all of my questions because my Mazda 3 was quite the upgrade from my previous vehicle. I was out the door in less than 2 hours and even had my first oil change already scheduled. I can't imagine sending my family, friends, and colleagues anywhere else! More
