When we walked into the service department after 7pm, John did not hesitate to serve us. He patiently waited as we tried to figure out what we wanted to buy. We took a few days to make a final decision, but he was very pleasant througout the entire process, and worked to get the deal that would fit us best. More

By 10;30 Monday morning Nobody likes taking their car in for service, but Pacifico made it easy. I dropped off on Saturday for my Monday appointment. By 10;30 Monday morning my car's problem had been diagnosed and the service manager gave me a price to repair it. By 4pm the repair was completed at the price quoted. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, and they got me in and out in under five minutes for both drop off and pickup. What more could you ask? More
