I had been to a Honda dealership in Ardmore and had a particularly unpleasant experience with a salesman—very annoy I read a review on Yelp of Dahlia. I had been to a Honda dealership in Ardmore and had a particularly unpleasant experience with a salesman—very annoying hard sell. I wasn’t going to buy a car from anyone I felt was pushy and aggressive. I got lucky with Dahlia. She was so sweet, patient and lovely. She explained the car systems to me and anything she wasn’t sure of she looked up and answered any questions right away. No pretending, just honestly wanting to give me accurate information. the sales manager was totally pleasant and fine. Also no hard sell. The finance person Rick Mess was also kind and made it a cheerful experience. Their job is to sell you insurance plans for maintenance. He explained the plusses and minuses of each one for me which I found helpful. My car wasn’t ready the day that I planned so they gave me a new loaner for the night. Totally easy pleasant experience. I’d recommend them. If I haven’t been emphatic enough — my salesperson was wonderful!! More
