He did his best to accommodate my financial expectations, and offered the best advice he thought appropriate for me. He did not rush me into a decision and was very patient with answering all my questions. He took the time to explain all the details of the car after the purchase and showed me how to operate everything. I really appreciated his call afterwards to see if everything was okay with the car, and said if I had any further questions or complaints to call him any time. The Manager that completed the paperwork with me was also very accommodating and explained everything that was complex regarding the conditions of the sale. More

Great Experience We were looking to move into a small cross over with AWD from out Ford Fiesta. It was also purchased at Pacifico. This time, we did some research and decided to drive one. Acia was introduced, as "AC". instantly, it became a comfortable experience as he took us thought the options. After the drive and price negotiation, we walked. Felt it was not really al that good a deal. Researched further with several other dealers and reached back out to Acia. Wishing minutes, we were given a viable number and moved on our 2018 CX-3. The whole process was wonderful. Used the on line tool for the financial part so the pick up was great. We will continue to use Pacifico, but the real difference was Acia! More
