We had the BEST car buying experience ever! I contacted Pacifico via email when I was initially shopping because they had the exact vehicle I wanted. I even spoke with another dealership and told them the price and interest rate I was quoted and they couldn't believe it. They said if I was truly getting the vehicle for that price to go for it because that is an extremely great price and that they were sorry they couldn't touch it. We arrived at Pacifico late on a Friday night. Lamont was so nice and did not mind that we were keeping him past closing. He was polite the whole time and did not rush us at all during the test-drive or when we had questions. We had a trade-in and the amount offered to us was so close to KBB. We were very happy with the figure. This just shows how honest this dealership is. Then it came time for the paperwork for our new vehicle. The price I was quoted via the internet was the same price in person; no bait & switch, no gimmicks, just complete honesty! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I was dreading this new car buying experience and after visiting lots every day for 2 weeks directly after a long day of work, I was pleasantly surprised to find Hyundai in Essington. I was shocked to be quickly shown cars I was interested in instead of having to sit through a long talk of trying to figure out my car buying worthiness. Bill Costa my dealer was quiet, patient, and friendly while we took some test drives. He didn't badger me with questions or stories about his family or distract me while I was feeling out the car. When we got back to the lot I wasn't held there for hours or pushed in an aggressive manner. I just really enjoyed that portion of the experience and found it unique in the car buying world which can truly be a nightmare. This is why I chose to buy a car here and am very pleased I did. The car is beautiful, the price was fair, and I hope to trade mine in for a new one in about 5yrs. :-) More
