Terrific salesman (Acia and Steve are both down-to-earth yet respectfully funny, very caring, detail oriented and thorough). Friendly supporting staff and sale manager. Great car pricing. In all, this is my best car buying experience ever after 10 previous ones. More

This dealership sold me a car that they claimed had no engine lights or any issues. I believed them until I took it to my own mechanic, and the mechanic said that there were engine errors but they were recently cleared - meaning Pacifico Hyundai knew that this car had engine misfire issues and faulty evaporation system, but they tried to cover it up. It also needed new brakes. I would have bought the car, driven it fine for a while, then the engine light would have come back on after the system reset. My mechanic said this would have cost me at least a thousand dollars. The dealership even falsified the state inspection shortly before selling it to me. It would not have passed legitimately with these issues. To give the dealer a small amount of credit, I had already bought the car, and it was still within their five-day return window; they didn't hassle me about the refund. But it seems that they attempted to cover up the issue long enough to wait out the five-day window. STAY AWAY. More
