I was extremely impressed not just with Mike and Clay but the overall buying experience. I found Mike to be very knowledgable about the Ford Explorer and patient with ALL the questions I had concerning mile the overall buying experience. Clayton took the time to go over the Sync feature with me and did not let me leave until I was able to navigate the system with confidence. Their customer service began prior to me purchasing on March 10th. Eleven months ago I came to Pacifico Ford to purchase the same Ford Explorer but my credit score was poor. Clayton, knowing that there was no way in the world he was going to make a sale that day, took time to explain what I needed to do to raise my credit score. Such as payoff outstanding debt, keep current with present bills and save money for a down payment. I followed his advice and came back to Pacifico Ford when I was in a better position to purchase. In closing, must mention that I was impressed with Mr. Tom Flynn and Jay Singer. After Mike and I agreed on a monthly payment, I was concerned that I would be "up sold" to death by the "finance guy!" At the time, I thought I did not want ANY extra protection, warranty etc. and expressed my concerned to Mr. Flynn the General Manager that if they tried that I would leave. Within 13 minutes, I received word from Mr. Flynn that no such "hard selling" will take place. I appreciate Jay Singer the "finance guy" who performed his duties professionally, for explaining all my Wear Care options and not "scaring" me into a plan! In the end, we reached a compromise, one that my bank account could afford. Pacifico Ford has earned my business for my next Ford purchase and I will, without reservation, recommend them to everyone I know in the market for a car. Jorge was fantastic! For as long as I can remember any time my wife and I go anywhere we have our kids in tow. Buying a car was no exception. Jorge worked with us, all 5 of us, and was able to keep a cheerful and kind disposition. Even after two spilled sodas, and shuffling kids to take turns test driving. I would absolutely go back to Pacifico for our next car and would recommend it to friends. My only suggestion would be to put a sales desk next to the children's play area. It was hard to keep the kids pinned up in the cubicles. We don't have a lot of family in the area and the baby sitter is often booked in the evenings. I am really happy that everyone at Pacifico was so accommodating to my whole family. More
