Pacific BMW - Service Center

I consider this location an upgrade from my previous service center BUT my last visit was less than my usual spectacular. It's 3pm and my concerns were met by doubt like "That's what the car sounds like service center BUT my last visit was less than my usual spectacular. It's 3pm and my concerns were met by doubt like "That's what the car sounds like" or "Sounds like static" "No, it's too late, the car won't even be touched today!" and "You're 3 miles over, we get a cap on how many miles we can use and we will make an exception today but consider that next time" Galo and Marco must have been having a case of the Mondays, may they never make anyone else feel so unimportant. 2 out of 3 concerns were improved, even when my summary sheet read no issue. The rattle they said couldn't be replicated showed up as soon as I turned onto Brand Blvd. Don't know how many visits or hours it will take to have this resolved but I'll continue to try and will probably only service my vehicle in the hands of Henry Burmayan, the best service tech I've ever had the pleasure to work with. More

Took my car in for maintenance. My car was kept for 2 days. A day after picking the car up, my service light went on again and I had to take the car back to get brakes replaced, My My car was kept for 2 days. The advisor did not communicate ETAs or status of getting my car back. I constantly had to check in and track him down for updates. More
