I have mixed feelings about Pacific BMW. Purchasing the car we had a WONDERFUL sales rep Steven. We have brought the car in for service a couple of times with random things and we really have had great service with Amie in the service department. If I could leave it at that I would give 5 stars. HOWEVER, our last trip to the service department was because we had a warning light/message that our rear restraint system needed attention. The car is only 8 months old so I thought it was a software/computer glitch. They thought so too until they tried to reset the software/computer and the warning light/message remained so they opened up that area of the car to have a look. I received a call after that from Amie and she said basically what they saw was that the car had been sabotaged and everything had been taken apart and slapped back together. To cut to the chase, they took zero responsibility for the vehicle. Claiming it happened "somewhere else". (I have never even valet parked the car). They also did a paint check and vehicle background to make sure I had not crashed the car, fixed it up myself, and then tried to pull a fast one on them. They admitted there was no evidence this happened but they still would not admit that the botched work happened in their service department the last time they had my car (for a full week when they had to investigate THE SAME WARNING MESSAGE - at the time they told me they only reset the software - so why did it take a week?). Obviously they just lied. They messed up my car probably by having a novice take a crack at it (they admitted to being at half staff due to COVID) and he/she got in way over his/her head. Maybe that individual lied and kept it to him/herself or maybe the dealership is covering it up. What I know for sure is Pacific BMW messed up my car and absolutely refused to admit it. They repaired my restraint system "as a curtesy" like they were doing me a favor -a classic move. Bottom line, we love Stephen (sales) and Amie (service rep). I do not hold either of them responsible. But somebody higher-up is dishonest at that place. What a shame. More

Horrible service, rude agent, don’t even want to help check and clean the brake pads. No loaner car was given and I was not even asked if I needed a ride home.
