The salesman we were working with was very polite and friendly. However, the 0% ARP doesn't apply to the online price? You can get the discount but it won't have 0% APR... but an hr into our negotiation friendly. However, the 0% ARP doesn't apply to the online price? You can get the discount but it won't have 0% APR... but an hr into our negotiation they were giving us the 0% APR with some discounts? An hour was spent just negotiation for a discount and 0% ARP... which was a total waste of time when they could have given to us from the beginning. But we decided to leave when the finance manager told us "Your offer offends us". They didn't even match the average price from truecars.com. Even with a $3000 down payment we were willing to make it was a thousand more than the average price of their CX-5. Needless to say... won't recommend any of my friends or family for this dealership. More
