Worst experience I've had with any Lexus dealership. I was quoted $230 when I scheduled my service over the phone only to arrive and rudely be told that the gentleman who had booked my appointment didn't was quoted $230 when I scheduled my service over the phone only to arrive and rudely be told that the gentleman who had booked my appointment didn't know what he was doing and that now the exact same service that I was quoted $230 for 24 hours earlier was now $650. Between the dishonesty and lack of courtesy from the staff and the people in the waiting area with masks pulled down under their chins coughing all over each other I left extremely feeling dirty, disgusted, and extremely disappointed. I am looking forward to finding a more honest and cleaner Lexus Dealership. More

I went to Ourisman Lexus of Rockville to change the oil and low tire pressure, the service adviser told me the tire is not repairable and I need a new tire. ( Actually the tire is repairable and it was rep and low tire pressure, the service adviser told me the tire is not repairable and I need a new tire. ( Actually the tire is repairable and it was repaired by the certified tire technician in Costco Tire Center). The service adviser of Ourisman Lexus of Rockville lied to me that Lexus has a two year road hazard protection for the tire I purchase and is installed by Ourisman Lexus of Rockville. The service adviser told me Lexus will give me a new tire free in any dealership inside the United States if the tire I purchased from Ourisman Lexus of Rockville is damaged by nail or caused by road hazard. I contact Lexus to verify this tire road hazard protection plan, Lexus told me it does not offer any protection plan to the tire. Ourisman Lexus of Rockville service rep told me to check Lexustirecenter.com where the rep said it can show I have the tire protection. It’s another lie again because I can’t verify I have tire protection with that website. And Lexus corporation rep told me that website has nothing to do with Lexus. I called Ourisman Lexus of Rockville to ask for the documentation of my new tire road hazard protection and it treated me like a ball throwing me between the service department and parts department back and forth twice. I wrote an email to the service director of Ourisman Lexus of Rockville to report a service adviser lied to me to buy a new tire from this dealership and I got no response from the director. Please remember to ask the written documentation of whatever the service advisers of Ourisman Lexus of Rockville brag to you about some great protection plan before you agree them to do any major work to your car. Since Ourisman Lexus of Lexus rejects to provide me the documentation of my new tire road hazard protection as the service adviser told me so, I have to file a complaint to consumer protection office and I have to ask my credit card company to dispute the charge of my new tire from Ourisman Lexus of Rockville. Ourisman Lexus of Rockville should not get paid when it’s employee lies to its customer in order to do business with its customer. More
