My husband and I brought our 2011 Fit/Sport from Shockly 3 weeks after Mr. Collins and Mr. Mosier sold our son, Ken his 2011 Fit Sport. After servicing my car for years at Shockley, it recently ended its life-span, and I knew that a new Honda would be what I wanted. After doing research I found I wanted a 2012 Civic EX coupe and they had it ended its life-span, and I knew that a new Honda would be what I wanted. This dealership was extremely helpful with helping me choose a vehicle. My insurance was only going to give me $1527 for my totalled 2000 Chevrolet Tracker. Karen and the Used Car Manager got me a prin choose a vehicle. My insurance was only going to give me $1527 for my totalled 2000 Chevrolet Tracker. Karen and the Used Car Manager got me a printout of the Kelly Blue Book Value, Black Book Value, and the NADA Book Value of the totalled vehicle. I faxed it to my insurance company along with the history of the totalled vehicle and I will be getting a check for $4527. Whenever I was considering buying a vehicle, they kept in touch with me to let me know what to look for. They were on target everytime. I couldn't have dealt with nicer people. They work with you and do everything possible to help you out. I highly recommend this dealership. I will always deal with Shockly when I am considering a vehicle for myself or my family. I know they will do the reseach and let me know whether I should proceed or not. They know the used car industry very well, and know whether it is a good deal or not. My family and I liked good used vehicles because they retain their value. My daughter is going to come to Shockley when she is going to replace her vehicle. More
