My Salesman, Chapin Painter was one of the best I have ever come across in my many years of purchasing cars. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and most of all, cared about what really mattered to me. She had a shuttle waiting for me to take me to the rental car place--even dropped off the rental FOR me when I returned...with my car washed and everything. She was prompt, courteous, and followed through with what she said--EVERY time. After experiencing other dealers, maybe my expectations were set too low. But, the level of customer service I got from Cindy was above and beyond. I'll be calling her directly for any issues I have in the future. Job very well done. More
