Lies and No Response to Issues We recently purchased a new Civic. We were told that it included one year of free Sirius radio during the negotiation with the sales rep, Thomas Barke We recently purchased a new Civic. We were told that it included one year of free Sirius radio during the negotiation with the sales rep, Thomas Barker. We closed the deal, drove home and tried to activate the service. when we could not, we called the dealership and spoke to Thomas, who denied that he said that. We reported it to one of the co-owners, who has failed to respond to the email. At this point, they are acting like we don't exist. Two and a half weeks later, we are still waiting on the title and documents to register the car. DO NOT GO TO SHOCKLEY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING LIED TO AND IGNORED ONCE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED. More
