If you are looking to buy a car, don't visit here to waste your time. Look for other dealers around, who might have said little over price but who value you and your time. This guys are liars. This weekend I went over there to buy a car, the salesperson told me price on the phone including some accessories, when I went over there - he told me that he cannot give those accessories. first lie. I test drive the car, car was new and very low mileage- as said, - good. Salesperson committed to give me .9% that's what Honda was giving to every customer - also written on their website. When I went to finance, the person over there told me you have to pay 3.9%,- Biggggggggest Lie. I was shocked - I said, the salesperson already told me and also written in your website that Honda is giving .9% to every customer. The finance guy told me, it's between you and salesman- I don't care. really???? xxx. So if I want to buy a car, I have to talk to every department that what salesperson told me is right or not? He said you can go and talk to salesperson and come back to my office after that. He did not even bother to ask salesperson to call him in his office. He asked me to pay additional $3000.00 for .9%. At the end, he rudely tore and asked me to leave. Is this really a authorized dealership? How much you can believe in other packages/service they are offering. Prepare for Shock.. @ shockely. More

Great Service! I just had another easy breezy service experience at Shockley. I was quickly checked in for my oil change by Cindy and promised that my car would be c I just had another easy breezy service experience at Shockley. I was quickly checked in for my oil change by Cindy and promised that my car would be completed by lunchtime. I was called by Gail to go over a couple minor things that the technician recommended I have replaced. She explained the repairs and did not pressure me into anything I was not comfortable with. Even with the additional repairs, my car was ready on time. I was greeted by several employees when I came to pick up my car and promptly checked out by Ron. The service department really works as a team at Shockley! Thanks again! More

I will be looking in the next few months to purchase a new car with all the great service I have received so far I will purchase my next car from Shockley. Keep up the great work!! I have to add that this has to be the cleanist service center I have ever been in. When they told me to drive in I thought I was in the wrong place I even stopped before moving forward. Personable, no pressure and customer service-minded On our first day we were upfront with the fact that we were test driving cars for comparison purposes with the intent to buy our final decision as a g On our first day we were upfront with the fact that we were test driving cars for comparison purposes with the intent to buy our final decision as a graduation gift for our daughter within a few days. Dante provided us with the keys, informed us of the deals on the models we were interested in that qualified for our criterion (price point, reliability, safety and features). He provided advice and comparison pros and cons in regards to other like-makes and models and was accurate in our assessment of other Honda models versus the one we finally decided upon. The next day, we came back very interested in the model's features and price in comparison to its competition. But, it was Dante's day off. Bill, recognizing us picked up the ball seamlessly and was extremely helpful and courteous in assisting us. This time, having our daughter with us, he guided her through introducing her to the car's features and test driving. Bill, went above and beyond in making us feel that we were taken care of. He honored the price quoted to us by Dante, assuring us that Dante's efforts would also be rewarded, as I was concerned regarding rewards for efforts, commissions, etc. He walked us around their facilities introducing us to folks that we would interact with, in the future, during the maintenance and care for the car during the life of the car. Jonathan took over as the financial point of contact (employees list should be updated, as he is now in Finance). He was very respectful and expedient in assuring we got the deal we were looking for on the car and the maintenance package we desired. After the car was purchased, Bill took care of us, even as the day was late and it was then after hours, he ensured our daughter got to "know the ropes" in her new car, rode with her to the gas station to ensure it had a full tank and returned with a smiling new owner of a 2015 Honda Coup EX. Thumbs up to the Shockley staff! More
