We have met Lloyd Stout one of the top and excellent Sale Associate at this Dealer - He is wonderful person, always smiling, give us a warm welcome for my first time at Shockley Honda. Lloyd know exactly what he was doing, fast and accurate. I did not have to wait too long for him to answer my question about how to manage, my New used Honda Pilot 4WD. In and Out I was on my way to work last week when I got a flat tire. Great! My daughter needed a car. I HATE car shopping/ buying. We walked into Shockley Honda and what a surprise- everyone was casual and friendly, no press My daughter needed a car. Thomas Barker showed my daughter many cars and even drove a few from the back parking lot and lined them up side by side so she could compare them! He actually made the whole process FUN ( never thought I'd say that.) My daughter was so excited to have her first new car that while we were signing papers in an office, Thomas snuck out and covered her car in giant bows- what a nice surprise! It was such a good experience that a week later I went back and bought a new car for myself! Another huge positive is Amanda- her job is to help technology challenged people like me learn the buttons and controls- if it wasn't for her, I'd still be sitting in the Shockley parking lot trying to figure it all out. I even returned the next day for a repeat lesson since I was lost in the buttons and both Amanda and Thomas sat in the car with me and walked me through it- again. No doubt they will always be available if help is needed. More

Before going to Shockley, I had shopped for an SUV for several weeks at other dealerships whose salespeople left excessive voicemails on my cell phone, sent me multiple emails daily, and put on pressure after I test drove a vehicle. Alex was great taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Other dealers could learn from Shockley about how customers should be treated when making the decision to buy a vehicle. I am very pleased with the way this dealer conducts business and definitely recommend them. More

Shockley cares about your car after you leave, as well. I take it there to get oil changes, car washes, and routine maintenance and they take A+ care of my car. They don't sell you something you don't need and they are honest. I will not hesitate to buy another car from them or recommend them to a friend. Go there, its not what most people think when car buying. They are the best I have dealt with. More

The Senior Sales Consultant, Bill Collings, was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, great since of humor and spent a lot of time to make sure I understood how to use all the features in my new car. I have never had such a great test driving experience. Bill Collings went over everything on the test drive and made sure I knew how to use the backup camera as well. I was made to feel special, appreciated and when I left I had no questions of any kind because Bill Collings made sure he explained everything to me. The young man, Justin Todd, in the finance department was also extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend anyone that I know to go to Shockley Honda to purchase their new vehicle.
