Offered a good price on a Honda Civic. When I went back to get it, they increased the price and wasted my time. They wanted $79 for nitrogen-filled tires -- regular air is 75% nitrogen already. Needless to say, I walked out and am never going back. More

First of all I think Honda CR-V is highly overrated. But if you decided to buy one just avoid Ouirsman Honda in Bethesda. In my case the horror of the buying experience (almost 3 years ago) was recently overshadowed by the performace of their service department. They kept my car for 5 weeks (!) for a minor repair, but the day after I picked it up the "Check engine" light came on and now I have to take the car back to them every few days. They take a look at it and call me to let me know that they have to "overnight" another part. It's been almost 2 months since I first took my CR-V to them and the situation is still unresolved. I don't think they know much about cars. More
