Raymond has an unusual gift for striking a balance between being personable and caring, and the pressing needs of selling the exact cars customers want. Raymond made the process quick and (almost) painless! Today I leased my second Dodge Challenger in a row, and would return to Mr. Walford for a third time should Dodge continue to make such quality vehicles at a great value. This impressed me the most: I love sunroofs, but none of the cars we were looking at came with one. Raymond found one, after I had given up all hope, and swung it around the front of the store with a big smile on his face. I was gobsmacked that he remembered what I loved most about my last Challenger. More

Pleasant surprise (: Honestly walked into this dealership with very little to no hopes that they would be able to get me into what I wanted. Robert was extremely nice and Honestly walked into this dealership with very little to no hopes that they would be able to get me into what I wanted. Robert was extremely nice and attentive to all of my requests from the moment he sat down with my father and I. He not once shut my ideas down or told me that what I was looking for was surreal like my earlier Jeep dealership experiences that day. I was pleasantly surprised with the tons of options we were offered and I am extremely appreciative of the Finance Dept. for working diligently with my loan, payment and apr% requests. The only thing that was a bit of a turn off was when we were greeted by the manager, Lew, while going back and forth between figures for payment. Although my father and I were sitting side by side at Robert's desk, Lew directed his finance proposals to my father only instead of me. I tried speaking once and he didn't even face me and continued speaking towards my father. I don't know if he was misinformed or what but the car was going to be in MY name solely, run by MY credit, with a loan for ME not my father. He was just there for moral support since dealerships and car places can be so sexist at times (I know from previous work experience in dealerships). It took a while to get all the numbers to where I felt comfortable but the important part is that Ourisman Jeep of Bowie made it happen. I'm extremely happy with my choice and I could not thank the team enough. I plan to continue bringing them business. More
