The replies from the various dealers were almost always generically scripted messages, most of which didn't even apply to my questions. At Ourisman of Bowie this wasn't the case. I spoke with Preston Smith and Monty Harika a few times on the phone, exchanged prices/offers and we got the transaction completed. TJ Erickson assisted the day of delivery as Preston was not available and was very helpful explaining the vehicle's options etc. Their customer service and friendliness exceeded my expectations. From Camp Hill, PA, I drove 92 miles to get to Ourisman of Bowie and probably drove past numerous other Jeep dealers. I was very pleased with this purchase and recommend others look to Ourisman as well. It was well worth the trip. More

My representative (Rick) reviewed my needs and I went to the waiting area. This environments very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated the availability of complimentary hot drinks and water. Rick came to advise me of a recommended service to my vehicle within 45 minutes and I opted for that service as well. About 20 minutes later I was walking out the door. Every employee here is very friendly. I encountered a service technician, service representative, cashier and even a salesman who wanted to sell me another vehicle...lol. I'm a people person, so I really do appreciate employees that allow customers to feel welcomed. Thank you! More
