I came by multiple times and looked at a variety of options while shopping for a car for my son. In addition, while I was shopping for my son, my daughter totalled her car, and the owner of Osman Lincoln Mercury pulled her car's value for insurance purposes and gave me advice on how to settle the claim, even though that transaction was not part of his dealership's sale. And as a final great touch, since this car was purchased for my son's birthday, Osman is keeping the car in the back, and on the big day is going to put a big bow on the car and display it on the showroom floor for us to come by and pick it up. What a cool surprise!! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Osman Lincoln Mercury of Melbourne, and with this kind of experience I'll be sure to come back again. More

Went here after two unpleasant experiences with Kelly Ford and Palm Bay Ford. Not only could Palm Bay Ford not quote my car for bodywork, they managed to screw up a serpentine belt installation. When I brought the car to Kelly Ford, they fixed the belt and quoted me almost $400 to take care of a scratch on the car (with a 4-6 week wait for an appointment). I became fed up and drove over to Vic Osman and in ten minutes I had a much more reasonable quote with less than a 2 week wait. I was also introduced to the service manager who was very pleasant. Definately a more high-class, respectable dealership. More
