Previous to visiting David Maus, we had a bad experience over at the Volvo dealership trying to sell to us a 2012 Jetta. Frustrated, we came over to the David Maus Volkswagen dealership and were treated wi over at the Volvo dealership trying to sell to us a 2012 Jetta. Frustrated, we came over to the David Maus Volkswagen dealership and were treated with the utmost of care (I was also very impressed that David Maus Jr. greeted us). After finding another 2012 Jetta with an even more luxurious color scheme and a good price, because of the stark contrast in care we were sold; or at least I was. So after an hour or so of paperwork, I was able to drive away with my brand new car and there was no hassle once. I am extremely pleased with the treatment and will most definitely return to this particular dealership. Their slogan is 100% true: "Whatever it takes to earn your business". And boy, they did a fantastic job. Thank you!! I loved my experience and I love my car!! More

I had the best experience coming to David maus Volkswagen! I just relocated and needed to find a dealership where I felt comfortable and not pressured into anything I didn't want. I came in and met Ajay. he was very friendly, Had good customer service and knew exactly what he what he was talking about. I came in a few weeks later to finalize my options and was also helped by Youssef, where I test drove the new 2013 cc (which I fell in love with!) passatt, and jetta. I finally decided to buy out my CC and finalized everything with Gary and Paola and now I am happy with the car I love and financially where I want to be! Thanks to the VW team at David Maus, I'm leaving with a car that I absolutely love! On top of everything Paola set up my future appointments for my car services and check ups so I don't forget! My best experience in the US buying a car. I had previously bought a new Jeep and Audi and this experience with everyone that I dealt with was excellent, with minimum stress or hassle. May be I am just getting older too and becoming comfortable with this potentially stressful situation when purchasing a car for $30k but I must say everyone that I spoke to was knowledgeable, polite and up-front about everything. There was no hard sell, that would have turned me off, and the dealership really does try very hard to make the customer happy. I thought "whatever it takes" was a TV gimmic but they truly mean it.
