I feel I had the best experience possible for a car dealership when I visited David Maus VW north for my new car! Everyone I met were incredibly friendly and supportive! I was ashamed of my old car! I let it get raggedy because I was embarrassed by what I was paying for it and I wasn't comfortable! An hour and a half after walking into VW, I was smiling again! I had a better interest rate than the car I traded in, a nicer car, I was paying out less money a month for a car payment, and I had warranty again! It was a 2005 Honda civic, blue! It didn't look shiny and new though, it looked like an old penny! Except blue! I had 3,600 left to pay on it and it was reaching 169,000, no warranty left on it, gap insurance had expired; I was getting by on a triple AAA card, my mother bought me, and a dream to get somewhere without having a break-down and being stranded! My new VW also had a full size spare! Honda, doughnut! Which didn't last 20 miles the last time I used it, the thing that saved my was triple AAA. Now I'm riding in a white/beige 2011 Volkswagen Jetta! You should see the smile on my face! I love everything about the new car! (Tears/ Sobs/sniffles) and it connects with my IPhone! You couldn't pry me away from this car! You can't eat in it! You can't anything in it! Everything is off-limits for anyone as long as its my car! Your lucky I even let you sit in it! I will never get another car from any other dealership in Orlando florida! I love VW's cars! I have bought cars from 2 other dealerships in town and had terrible experiences! I will never go anywhere else! They helped me feel more confident that I will be able to show up for my job as a service member of the Florida Army National Guard, which is my most important duty, other than impressing my mom! Frank sold me the car and was very friendly, plus had a cool accent! I gotta remember to stop by again and ask him to say, " I can't do it, Captain! the Dy-lithium crystals are breaking up!" I hadn't considered it but chose it after he showed me the features and how it fit my needs. I am thrilled with my purchase. Scott is wonderful. He explained my options and kept me updated on the progress. I never felt pressured or unimportant. Plus he arm wrestled me...I think he let me win :) Gary was exceptional in explaining the terms of my lease and, again, I felt no pressure. Paola was friendly and thorough in finalizing the transfer. One other note: my daughter had a hard time letting go of our Rabbit. So to ease the transition, she took a sticker off the dash and wanted to put it on the new dash. She dropped it (crisis) and Paola found it. When it didn't stick (another crisis), Wesley got some clear contact paper and made it stick like new...even after the deal was done I still felt like they were genuinely earning my business.
